With over 50 years of catering experience between us, and the combined qualifications of an award-winning chef, barista and hospitality educator, we'll help to make your event a success.

Our cold platters are fresh and inviting...sandwiches, wraps, sushi, quiches and cakes or platters of hot finger food, micro burgers, canapes, real fish goujons, marinated chicken skewers and much more.

If you give us a budget and number of guests, we'll happily put together a suggested menu to suit, or if you tell us what kind of food you'd like served, we'll make it happen!

Want to build an event or meal around a particular theme? How about Asian fusion, Mexican, Italian, American or German? Our chef will design platters and meals to suit!

If multiple platters are ordered, price can be negotiated to suit your budget. Minimum ordering times may also apply.

Sandwich/Wrap Platters - Fresh variety to suit all tastes including vegetarian from $5.50/head

Sushi Platters - Fresh in-house, chef-prepared sushi served with soy, wasabi peas, wasabi and pickled ginger from $3.50/head when ordered with other platters, or $6.50/head on its own.

High Tea Platters - Sandwiches, cakes and finger pastries from $9.50/head

Hot Pastry Platter - Party pies, sausage rolls and mini quiches from $7.50/head

Hot Finger Food Platters - Cocktail spring rolls, samosas, meat balls and more with sauces from $5.50/head

Premium Hot Finger Food Platters - As above but also with real fish goujons, homemade mini quiches, micro burgers, pizza pastries and more with sauces from $8.50/head

Canape Platters - All freshly produced in our kitchen to impress your guests from $9/head

Cheese Platters - Premium cheese selection with nuts and crackers from $7/head

Meze Platters - Selection of cold meats, sausage, premium cheeses and antipasto from $8/head

We have access to some beautiful small and large venues for corporate and family functions in both Maryborough and Hervey Bay (and are always looking for more) so ask us about weddings, birthdays, trade exhibitions and other special events!

We have organisational experience of events in excess of 3500 guests...so don't be afraid to ask!
